docs: Update documentation to note use of /dev/serial/by-path/
When using multiple micro-controllers it may be necessary to use an id
from /dev/serial/by-path/ instead of /dev/serial/by-id/. Also,
emphasize that in config/example-multi-mcu.cfg.
