force_move: Fix missing call to note_kinematic_activity()
Commit 3d3b87f9 incorrectly removed the call to
note_kinematic_activity(). A call to toolhead.dwell() is not
sufficient to wake up the mcu move queue flushing. The call to
note_kinematic_activity() is needed for that.
